About Us

Shofner, Lynch, & Shulse is the culmination of a merger between two agencies.  It consists of Shofner & Associates Insurance located in Lubbock, Texas, and Lynch & Shulse Insurance & Bonds in Alamogordo, New Mexico.  Shofner Insurance was founded in 1966 and Lynch & Shulse has roots dating back to 1913.

Bryan Shofner is the President and was Young Agent of the Year in Texas in 2001.  Currently, he is the incoming President Elect of The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, and serves as a member of Congressman Randy Naugebaures's Financial Advisory Committee.  His wife, Diane is from Alamogordo, New Mexico and her folks still live there.

Presley Shofner is the Vice President of Operations in Lubbock, TX and currently serves on the Board of Directors, with Marion Moss, as President Elect of the Independent Insurance Agents of Lubbock.

Jim Lynch is the Vice President of Operations in Alamogordo, NM. and serves on the Board of Directors with the First National Bank of Alamogordo.  He is very active in the community and is a member of the Lions Club.

This agency is poised for continued growth and is proud to be a part of these two communites with many major markets and many years of expertise.
